About me

I'm a great friend, sister, aunt, daughter, wife, and cousin.....I'm also a BlackBerry, Android and iPhone fanatic which is exactly what I manage at my job. I was born and raised in the southside of Chicago by a PR father and a Honduran mother who both worked factory jobs to support my two older brothers and me. I was fortunate to go to college and graduate as well as get into the IT field which is exactly what I wanted. I've been in the IT field for that last 8 years and really am glad I picked a field full of wonderful new technological solutions. I have been at Huron for the last 10 years and am pleased with the growth that it has accomplished in this time. I have worked different roles there and am glad to have worked all of them because all of those skills have helped me in my current role. Other than work, I have a great family who I try to see often and I have a great group of friends who I see at the different events like birthdays, block parties, bbqs, graduations, etc. I also have a great husband who works really hard and has many goals for himself which only gives me more motivation to be better.
