With 15 years of talent development with brands like Food Network, Pepsi, and Norwegian Cruise Line, my specialization in building and training teams spans mega-events, resorts, cruise lines, public health, and technology sectors. My background in digital design adds a creative edge to build, create, and deliver effective onboarding and inclusive learning that creates a positive impact. Whether in person or remotely in English or Spanish, my ability to connect with diverse audiences and cultures is something I am passionate about. A little bit about my story... My journey began in the heat of the kitchen supervising catering teams when someone believed in my ability to build teams next thing I knew I was working for the Food Network SOBEWFF with event managers, students, and celebrity chefs; it sparked a passion for hospitality that led to recruiting and training concierges directors across the United States. During the COVID-19 public health crisis, I stepped up to support Californians, hosting Communities of Practice and upskilling over 3,000 frontline tracers in Los Angeles. I also played a pivotal role in the cruise industry's comeback, crafting learning strategies and tools for Norwegian Cruise Line, launching learning for two new ships, and managing a university system for 30,000 trade sales agents. My passion projects are FounderFuego and Techqueria, where I support diverse entrepreneurs. Today, I am dedicated to companies like yours that are looking to raise the bar.
