He’s an award winning General Manager, Multi-Unit Manager and Director. His greatest strengths are people development and implementation of systems, routines and procedures. At McDonald’s and Subway, he has created training systems that became standardized across the organization. Luis has won multiple training contest for both McDonald’s and Subway.

Operations Consultant McDonald's - Raleigh, NC June 2022 to Present • Provide leadership and operational guidance to 300+ employees ranging from General Managers, Department Managers, Shift Managers and Crew Members. • Directly responsible for restaurants throughout Nashville, Rocky Mount, Tarboro and Wilson. (+$18 mil annual revenue) • Create and implement training IDP’s for internal/external MIT’s. • Conduct weekly operations and training conference calls. • Create KPI and financial goals for each restaurant.
