About me
Regional Business Development Specialist at IPD, currently contracted at Olivet Nazarene University School of Graduate and Continuing Studies.
December 2005 – Present
On behalf of Olivet's Business School, and Nursing School, I establish and maintain partnerships with various corporations and hospitals in Illinois. As a liaison between the university and its corporate partners, I help secure contracts to offer on-site degree programs, or certificates, at partner locations off-campus. Our mission is three-fold. 1. To offer our partners convenient ways of offering on-site continued education and training opportunities to their employees. (*Various studies indicate these types of added investments help employers increase recruiting, retention, and morale.) 2. To strategically increase school enrollment by offering adult students non-traditional methods of successfully earning their degree. 3. To continually assess our success as an educational institution, and strive for a more progressive and innovative business model.
