Currently redirecting more time in Financial Strategies, Showing middle class family how to optimize their assets, using U.S tax laws to pay little or no taxes to fund their retirement.
State Licensed Residential & Commercial Inspector since the late 80's life I've been involved in occupations that concern people's biggest investments of their money (Real Estate). My experience in this industry will benefit you with your Home Inspection experience. I'm a State Licensed lead inspector, can assist with Heating, Roofing Electrical, Plumbing certifications and Structural/Foundation inspections.
