George De La Fuente is the Director of Human Resources at Monterrey Security Consultants, Inc., a leader in the security services industry.
George has over fifteen years of experience in human resource management. In addition to his key strength in human resource management, he possesses background in change management, employee benefits, compensation, performance management, training, and employee relations.
His expertise is in recruitment, talent planning, workforce analytics, management development, career coaching, and change management. Known for his “get the job done” style, he brings a level of strategic insight, project management and relationship building skills to his work in supporting key talent initiatives
His passion is working at all levels of an organization to create work environments where all employees feel valued and fulfilled.
In addition to his accomplishments in Human Resources, George has also provided career coaching, group workshops, and educational seminars at local colleges and universities and nonprofit organizations.
Throughout his life, George has been heavily involved in community mentoring and outreach programs. His educational concentration is in Human Resource Management and Psychology. George holds an Associate Degree in Human Resources Management and also a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute. He is a current member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
