After ten years of developing expertise in real estate, advertising, marketing, property management and promotions, I founded Chicago’s Real Estate Agency to provide a best-in-class client experience and develop a better way of building relationships in order to maximize client satisfaction.
The unique insights, skills and knowledge that I have acquired throughout my career allow me to truly understand the diversity of my client's needs and expectations. While I have spent the last seven years honing my expertise in every facet of the real estate industry, my non-real estate endeavors are invaluable to each client.
My past experience in property management is one area that allows particularly helpful to a potential condo buyer or renter. I have provided property management expertise to: senior living associations, federally subsidized units, investor units and everything in between.
I have served as a broker representing owners, tenants, buyers, and sellers in real estate transactions.
My deep roots in the city of Chicago and passion for maximizing the potential for everyone to achieve the American Dream of home ownership is the focus of a current project focused on working to obtain over $8 million dollars in Neighborhood Stabilization Program funds (NSP) to assist the City of Chicago and Cook County purchase, rehabilitate, and lease foreclosed and/or blighted structures in our communities.
