Los Guitarristas are a guitar quartet based in Chicago. Under the direction of Chilean master guitarist Alfonso Chacon, Los Guitarristas perform lively four guitar arrangements of classic Latin American folklore along with great works in the Spanish classical guitar tradition. A Los Guitarristas performance is a living history lesson of the melodic and rhythmic roots of Latin Music, as well as an awesome demonstration of the breadth of these guitar styles and techniques.
