5 gum has invited talented bands from across the nation to participate in the 3rd annual Vive tú Musica with 5™ ultimate concert. This year the online talent-search competition for unsigned rock and pop-star hopefuls has a new twist! New to 2011, selected bands will compete for a place in the finale concert within the new Vive tú Musica with 5 reality TV show. Ten finalist bands will be appearing on the reality show to showcase their talent while taking part in a series of musical challenges.

This is where YOU come in! Stimulate your Senses with 5 Gum during the May 18 Chicago reality TV show episode taping in a concert setting. Extras (unpaid) are being invited to enjoy the music of our finalists and witness the Vive tú Musica with 5 battle LIVE as part of a large concert-style crowd! To participate, please review the guidelines below, if you agree to the below – please head over to the shoot location no later than 11 AM on Wednesday. Please feel free to share this with your friends!
GUIDELINES: Extras for this program must meet the following criteria.
* Male and females between the ages of 18-35
* Must be available for the entire shoot period – 11:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST
* Wardrobe requirements: No hats or branded t-shirts
* No backpacks or large purses
* You will need to sign a release/waiver provided by the production team

About the Vive Tu Musica with 5 Sensorial TV Show:
Through a series of challenges, five finalist bands will proceed to perform with the popular Mexican band Belanova and before a panel of industry and celebrity judges in a LIVE concert on August 11 at the Club Nokia in Los Angeles. LATV, the nation's first bilingual music/entertainment network, will air the concert within the new Vive tu Musica with 5 reality TV show that is scheduled to launch on July 11. As part of the grand prize, the winning band will perform at the LATV En Concierto, receive a private professional photo shoot, an opportunity to showcase their music before an industry panelist with production cost covered and will also win a gift card for new music equipment.
