The Old Town School of Folk Music in partnership with the KFAR Arts Center present Middle-Eastern drumming sensation Raquy and the Cavemen, a Brooklyn based duo of virtuoso drummers and musicians who bring hard rock energy to the mystical rhythms of the Middle East. Using the dumbek, Iranian Kamanche, guitar, and drums, this duo creates a sound that captivates and enthralls. A dumbek workshop with Raquy will be given as part of the Thursday Workshop Series on November 11th.
