Once again, the 13 Latin American Consulates in the Midwest unite to host the Latin American Health Weeks (LAHW) on October 1-15, with more than 120 activities in 26 cities of Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana, including health fairs, screenings, vaccinations, preventive education workshops, walks and other events.

This collaborative effort brings together government institutions and departments of public health, community agencies, hospitals, schools, churches and other entities with the common mission of benefiting Latin American families of migrants, especially those more vulnerable.
