CHICAGO — HispanicPro has announced seven featured guests for the 2026 Uplift Latina Forum, bringing together leaders in business, talent, finance and entrepreneurship for an evening focused on opportunity and long-term prosperity.
The forum takes place Wednesday, October 7, from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m. at Level Sporting Club, 3343 N. Clark Street in Chicago. Held on the eve of Latina Equal Pay Day, the event will connect Latina professionals, entrepreneurs, business leaders and allies through networking and two discussions: “Latina Leadership: Turning Influence Into Opportunity” at 5:30 p.m. and “Financial Literacy: Turning Income Into Long-Term Prosperity” at 6:30 p.m.
This year’s featured guests are Pattie Amaro, Director, Talent Acquisition at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association; Lilia Arroyo Flores, Founder and CEO of Digame LLC; Lynette Correa-Velez, Founder and CEO of Pagame AI; Hannah Fernandez, Founder of Money Moves Playbook; Clarissa Flores, Founder and CEO of Level Sporting Club; Alexandra Nelson, Vice President of Mortgage Lending at Rate; and Julisa Sanchez, Loan Officer at PNC Bank.
Their work spans decisions that shape careers and financial futures: finding talent, building companies, understanding money and navigating homeownership. Together, they bring practical perspectives to the forum’s central question: how can women turn the opportunities they create into greater influence, income and lasting wealth?
Hosting the event at Level Sporting Club adds another dimension to that conversation. The Chicago venue is a woman-owned business founded by Clarissa Flores, a former professional athlete who went on to build a career in hospitality and launch the club.
