Condolences to our Latina Sister's Family from Chicago...

New York City sends its condolences to soldier Francheska Velez's family. She was one of those killed in the shooting at Fort Hood, Texas on Thursday, November 5, 2009. Velez, 21, of Chicago, who was pregnant and returning home from a deployment in Iraq. She wrote poetry and loved dancing. "She was a very happy girl and sweet," said her father, Juan Guillermo Velez.Our hearts and prayers go out to you...Que Dios les bendiga y les de fuerza. Eduardo Diaz
