Job Description : Vista, an ImpreMedia company, is the largest
Hispanic ABC audited magazine in the US and is distributed through
the largest English- and Spanish-language newspapers in over 17 top
Hispanic DMAs. The General Sales Manager will be responsible for
attaining advertising revenue goals through planning and directing
the sales function. Responsibilities include planning sales
strategies, setting annual sales objectives, directing the efforts
of the sales team and developing sales policies and processes. Will
effectively market Vista to the Hispanic and general market
advertising community. Qualifications Knowledge of the Hispanic
market and the ability to effectively use market data to develop
targeted sales strategies are critical for the job. The General
Sales Manager will understand the impact of general economic and
market conditions on the business and will be able to discern
opportunities in response to changes in the marketplace. The
candidate will have current responsibility for budgeting, profit
and loss and revenue generating of at least $5 million annually and
lead a team of at least ten sales staff. Magazine industry
experience is preferred, but broadcast media experience and/or
experience with other industries with similar dynamics will be
considered. Job Requirements : Must possess Bachelor’s degree and
minimum of five years of sales management experience, or equivalent
combination of education and experience. Bilingual English/Spanish
