I'm an Architect with a passion for designing and creativity. I also love teaching Architecture to young aspiring students who love Architecture. I'm also passionate about giving back, whether it's my local community or wherever my heart feels I need to go. I've volunteered locally and throughout the world.

Bachelor of Architecture - May 1995 University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee, Wisconsin Studied at the Ecole Speciale d'Architecture (ESA) Paris, France – spring semester 1995 Teaching experience: Spring and Fall Classes: Arch 166 - Design I (Conceptual Planning) Arch 266 - Design II (Architectural Planning) Arch 170 - Computer-Aided Design (AutoCad latest version) Arch 121 - Drawing I (Fundamentals of Drawing) Includes free hand sketching, one and two point perspective techniques, orthographic projection, paraline drawing, understanding and reading floor plans, building sections and all drawings in the construction documents phase. Responsibilities included Schematic and final design of floor plans, Code Research, Value Engineering, CD’s (construction documents), MEP coordination, Shop Drawing review, Submittals, RFI’s, writing Change Orders, Site visits & Construction Quality Management. • Wellington Park (94 unit, residential townhome development, wood/masonry/efis – 130,000 S.F. - $35 million – Chicago, IL) Skillfully helped provide complete drawing set. Responsibilities include Schematic and final design of floor plans, Code Research, CD’s, MEP coordination, Site visits & Construction Quality Management. • Borden Dairy Commons (55 unit, residential townhome development, wood/masonry/efis – 48,000 S.F. - $15 million – Chicago, IL) Responsibilities included Code Research, CD’s, MEP coordination, Shop Drawing review of all structural components, Site visits & Construction Quality Management. • Moderno (9-story, 21 unit, residential and retail concrete mid-rise development – 41,000 S.F. - $13 million) Essential in producing complete drawings. Responsibilities included CD’s, MEP coordination, Site visits & Construction Quality Management. • Montreux (7-story, 22 unit, residential and retail concrete mid-rise development – 35,000 S.F. - $10 million) Effectively Organized complete drawings. Responsibilities included CD’s & MEP coordination • Bloomingdale (2-story, residential single-family home, masonry – 7,500 S.F. - $2.5 million) Successfully produced complete drawings for high end single-family home. Created and compiled designs and drawings for entire project along with MEP coordination. • Project Architect for other miscellaneous residential project types from mid-rises to single family homes. Responsibilities include all phases of project development, contractor correspondence, and field supervision. • Extensive knowledge of construction materials, building systems and value engineering to meet developer’s budgets.
