About me

EVYP, established as a non-profit organization in 1989, is an award-winning college resource and support center working to increase the educational attainment of Chicago’s growing Latino population. It is the only comprehensive college readiness and support program dedicated to Chicago’s growing northwest side Latino communities. By raising awareness of college as a real possibility, offering comprehensive long-term and targeted short-term programs and by supporting students as they complete college and begin careers, EVYP strives to play an authentic role in our students’ lives.
