Denise Wynbrandt – International Celebrity Makeup Artist and Hairstylist With her passion as an artist in drawing, sculpting and painting and as alumni of the prestigious Pivot Point International School of Cosmetology, Denise Wynbrandt quickly beat out the competition acquiring work with celebrities in the performing arts. One of the first being a six month tour with the genius rock star Prince. You can still see her work as sole makeup artist and hairstylist in the famed music video “1999”. After becoming a member of the Motion Picture Studio Mechanics Union she became a sought after artist in her field becoming “star request” in films and television. To date Denise has worked on over 40 projects of film and television such as “1408” and “Barbershop” and a bevy of print work, commercials and live performances. A-list actors that include John Cusack, Joan Cusack and Marisa Tomei and are among the many celebrities, athletes and politicians that have asked for her expertise personally. With equipment in hand she travels world wide having worked not only in all over the States but Canada, Europe and Asia as well. Denise is a proud Latina woman. A Mexican and Puerto Rican woman that grew up in Chicago and who has managed a “Hollywood” career while still living here. “People all ways ask how this came to be and I say it’s because of my innate desire”.
