About me

Founder, CEO and President of TMI & Partners, Ltd (TMI) brings over 30 years of experience in television/film production, sports and special events marketing, and promotional skills to the company. Hartley organized the first African and Hispanic triathlon club in America and was instrumental in producing projects such as: The New York City Duathlon Series, Negril Sprint Triathlon (Jamaica), New Harlem 10K Foot Race (New York City), Black College Reunion in Daytona Beach (Florida), and The Sweat Til’ Ya Wet Sports Fest, to name a few. In 1997, Hartley was successful in bringing Black Entertainment Television (BET), Time Warner Cable, and Calvin Klein Jeans together as major sponsors of the annual New York City Inner City Games (national community youth program co-chaired by Arnold Schwarzenegger). His ability to improvise on the spot to create the right concepts for any situation makes him uniquely qualified to lead the TMI team into a bright future. Hartley is also the former President of the New York chapter of NAMD.
