That vision begins with founder Clarissa Flores, an accomplished hospitality executive with nearly two decades of leadership experience. As Director of Operations for Tao Group Hospitality, she oversees strategy, operations, and guest experience across multiple premier venues.
Flores is also the Founder and CEO of Level Sporting Club, Chicago's Home for Women's Sports, a hospitality concept created to celebrate women's athletics through premium experiences and community engagement. A former Northwestern University basketball standout and Puerto Rican National Team athlete, she has combined her passion for sports with entrepreneurial leadership to build one of Chicago's most distinctive hospitality destinations.
